NET NEUTRALITY - make it happen
where do we go to start screaming at the federal government and our lawmakers about net neutrality?
Who do we pay off?
Who do we vote into office?

Java is giving me a security vulnerability warning. The application itself just spits out "Error: TypeError: testApplet(...) is undefined"

Real Competition between companies
Loosen the rules so we have many companies competing to offer us services at faster speeds, lower prices, and GREAT service. I will never understand how congress and the FCC think they are offering us choices when they take special interest money and limit our choices. That isn't competition!

Create Gov service in places commercial Co. refuse to serve
I am surrounded by cable service yet Comcast refuses to put cable on my street. They are under contract here but they tell me it will cost them too much to put cable here. This is a 58 Billion $ company. I hardly think it would cause them financial difficulty. We need a program like TVA for internet. If the commercial companies don't want to service my area the government should step in.

To much emphasis is put on speed.
Why is it that so much is put on faster speed faster speed. And money is being given to satellite companies. Throwing money at the problem. They are not providing a solution to this problem. So what i can get 10mpbs now , while paying 3x the price of broadband. All you are doing is promoting companies that are preying on those with no other choice. Your encouraging these marketing practices. The government is suppose to be looking out for our best interest not what can make a company the most money.
So here's the problem. I get 10Mbps (compensate…

Seneca SC Map Error
The broadband map shows multimegabit wireline services are available on Wood Farm Ln in Seneca SC, however only 1.5Mbit DSL is available through one carrier. The map should be updated, and if necessary, federal grant funds to ISPs reduced if any are given in exchange for coverage.

Residential and business broadband, in developed areas, should be wired; wireless uses scarce frequencies unnecessarily.
Many wired broadband customers have a single ISP provider with no competitive alternatives. These ISP providers are operating a de facto monopoly but are unregulated. For areas with no real competition, bring back regulated services with published service levels and defined rates of return. All value added services, such as VOIP or video, should be from an arms-length subsidiary, with open access to any other providers.
