All early termination fees and requirements should be highlight during signing of contract for cable and telephone companies. Renewal of contract over the phone should be followed by a correspondence in writing by mail for the customer to review & sign in order to make sure what was discussed is the same in the contract.Sometimes the salesrep said something rosy to entice you,later on you find out what you said yes to is not what you signed for. If customer does sign written consent after reviewing contract after 5 days contract is void and not renewed
Whats with complaint procedure after almost 8 weeks I get an automated response for a do not call violation against a telemarketer. And I am advised that I can sue the company. What nonsense is this
