How can we make FCC documents more reader-friendly?

Where can we comment on net neutrality? Don't you want to here from the public on such a major issue?

Of course the FCC, or for that matter, any other Government run agency does not want you to understand what they say or do. Nor do they want public opinion, unless of course it favors their actions and follows their agenda.
In today’s Government there is little, or no accountability, or transparency when it comes to public oversight of the agencies within. The American people's freedom as we know it may well be at stake here.
Nearly all worldly communications/media systems, ie, Newspapers, TV, etc is owned by Big Business and controlled by Government, except for the Internet. The World Wide Web is Free People's last venue where they can get some semblance of the truth on matters of importance. The Web is the only place where the Government has a hard time controlling what you see and hear. So it stands to reason the Politicians that run the Government and own or control Big Business also want to control the Internet.
Do not construe my comments as being Politically Patrician, they are not meant to be, there are just as many Democrat as Republican families that control Big Business and Government in the United States.
Not only Americans, but Freedom everywhere on earth will be in grave jeopardy if any Government agency in the world is allowed to have complete Control or Regulation of the World Wide Web.
