How can the FCC better engage the public on rulemakings?

Alert Verizon wireless users. Verizon kept money we had in account, claim's account expired

Alert all Verizon wireless Users
Verizon claims our prepaid account expired even when we had
a $74.00 balance and we could not use the phone.

Verizon claims a prepaid account must renew and that we did not renew on time. What?

We pay $100.00 once a year just to have an emergency cell phone in out car. We only use this phone for emergencies. We have severe winters where we live and drive in NYS and need it for travel emergencies.

Verizon did not call or notify us that the account needed more money before they just stopped our service. This while we had a $74.00 balance on the phone.

We called Verizon HQ and spoke to Stacy in NC. She could not refund our $74.00. So we decided to write to

Wish us luck.
Seniors should complain and not allow Verizon to steal money from their cell phone account.
