Is there a rule for Customer Service response times for Wireless carriers!? 55 minutes hold on StraightTalk!
We recently had to wait for more than 55 minutes for a live operator to help us with a port of wireless number from AT&T to Straighttalk (Tracfone Wireless). The question I have is if FCC should require service level agreements for these companies who are grabbing consumers without having the infrstructure and customer support capacity to service them?!
