The monopoly of the Comcast and Time Warner mob has got their former lobbyist heading up the FCC. Unless and until we remove him and replace him with an advocate for developers instead of a puppet of the cable giants, then content, software, and delivery will all be under their control, as will the users who create such goods and services.
