How can FCC data be more useful to the public?

Provide a way to file complaints about uncertified equipment

There are a number of types of complaints which people can file on the FCC web site. However, one that is missing (and is becoming a bigger problem every day) is marketing and use of non-certified equipment. There are a large number of companies (mostly foreign) advertising radios, WiFi access points and other non-certified equipment. Such equipment often times emits spurious signals, emits too much power or has other reasons it wouldn't pass FCC certification. This often causes interference with other users and/or services. And of course there are the illegal jammers readily available.

Unfortunately, there seems to be no way to file complaints about such advertising unless it is on broadcast radio/tv.
