The LightSquared conditional waiver order of 2011 is missing at http://www.fcc.gov/document/lightsquared-subsidiary-llc-0
FCC order and authorization DA 11-133 is an incredibly important document that set off a huge chain reaction of events in Washington to protect GPS users from interference. Congress enacted multiple pieces of legislation directly referencing FCC order DA 11-133. This order, which remains in effect today, needs to be reposted to FCC.gov as soon as possible.

It would be funny that we the people can't actually let you know our thoughts on Net Neutrality, if it weren't so shockingly prophetic.
It seems pretty clear how functional and fast our internet would be if we allow Telecommunications companies to police themselves. About like the comment page on the FCC website. Brilliant.

You seem to have mis-identified broadband internet service providers as information services and not common carriers.

I'm trying to add a comment and complaint and the website freezes. By design?
Stand up for what you're proposing to do. Justify yourselves to the public.

Where's the option to comment on Net Neutrality? Can't let us have our say, can you?
No profanity from me, just the basic question.....

Since FCC stopped listening...take it to the White House
Since comments are down on fcc.gov, let President Obama know that Net Neutrality is something we'll fight for! He can't put the head of the Cable Lobby into the top position at the FCC and get away with this.
Let Mr. Obama know that here -
