I cannot send a help request from ULS. I have tried several times on different days from multiple computers.
I have been waiting for my call sign to appear in the ULS database for a month. It has not yet appeared. When I try to send a help request ticket, I get only an error message after pressing the submit button. I have tried to submit this help ticket on multiple days from different computers - each time I get the same result.
And my callsign still has not appeared.
