Make Reporting Easier
Hi - I just received a phishing call, presumably with a spoofed Caller ID. I decided to submit a complaint hoping that the data of the Caller ID could be helpful to the FCC. I assume the FCC would want to encourage citizens to provide information like this, but I found the form to be unnecessarily long. There were lots of fields to fill out, and after I had completed it, I got a number of errors which I assume were format related (e.g. how a phone number was entered). I gave up. My recommendation is to skinny down the form as much as possible and let people quickly describe the issue. The easier you make this, the more data you'll receive.
