  4. Broadband Map reports results in census blocks and not individual addresses

Broadband Map Reporting is Erroneous since it reports in census blocks and not individual addresses. This erroneous reporting causes areas of dead zones where Broadband is Not available where the Map shows it is. According to the Map, if one home has broadband within a census block, all houses are deemed to have broadband. New providers will not provide service to areas without broadband because the Map shows the area's residents have broadband, even though they have none, and need service. There are areas where dial-up is the only internet service available, which is hard to connect to due to…

  5. the complaint form stinks

I made a complaint about pirate radio in NYC. The form on this site does not permit phone number other than ***-***-xxxx. For example *** *** xxxx. Does not permit two phone numbers. Accepts zipcode as 11111-1111 but not as 11111 1111. And the way the page tells the complainant that it is not accepting the complaint as written, is in little type.

  8. Net Neutrality is a great idea

If it gets messed around by cable companies like Comcast and Verizon then it then makes the Internet not for free anymore. Fast lanes and slowdown lanes are a bad idea. We deserve all fast lanes regardless if there are pros and cons. If you mess it up you will mess up the rest of the world's internet. Youtuber's will lose a ton of subscribers from America, Americans won't be able to talk to friends who are from another countries on Skype. Online games such as Minecraft and Xbox Live will go downhill since Americans are not longer able to…

  9. Im still having problems with my phone service providers, it looks looks like some people are paying to set track in my service and plus.

I believe that people from some media play games like a Police Pace Officer and get into place to collect information and make things out of law like track people down everywhere . I see that here and I would ask why ? If this people think they are so smart follow a real mafia or one of the hommie , from the barrios...

  10. The link for finding more information on the Indian Telecom Initiative is dead. A general search of the website turns up nothing.

There is supposed to be a publication entitled "Indian Telecom Initiatives" but it is apparently not available online, and the link entitled "learn more" is dead.

  11. FCC Complaint Reporting is a Waste of Time

I posted a complaint regarding cell phone billing. I let the FCC know that I had been in constant contact with multiple levels of customer support at the carrier. The FCC forwarded my complaint to the carrier. Customer support called my but was still unwilling / unable to address my concerns. The carrier notified the FCC that they had called my and the complaint was closed. So, in this case, the FCC served no useful function.

  12. Unable to obtain a password to follow up on a filed complaint

I tried multiple times to enter my name, email address and captcha information but returned an error message: "Forbidden
Invalid authenticity token" Once, it told me that my email was already in the system, so I selected "Forgot Password" and again received the same error message.

  13. Make Reporting Easier

Hi - I just received a phishing call, presumably with a spoofed Caller ID. I decided to submit a complaint hoping that the data of the Caller ID could be helpful to the FCC. I assume the FCC would want to encourage citizens to provide information like this, but I found the form to be unnecessarily long. There were lots of fields to fill out, and after I had completed it, I got a number of errors which I assume were format related (e.g. how a phone number was entered). I gave up. My recommendation is to skinny down the…

  17. I cannot comment or even begin to see where I can comment on net neutrality

Why on earth is it so hard to leave a comment on net neutrality? Just curious..

  18. Can't rant to the idiots at FCC who say if you like the Internet you can keep the Internet, period. Kill Wheeler rules on Internet control.

How about elimination FCC ability to do anything with the Internet. If you like the Internet the FCC will let you keep your Internet, period. Give me a break.

  20. Count 'Em

Trying to renew an Amateur Radio license. I've had one since 1962, but this time it's incomprehensible and the BS pylons set up are insurmountable. Oh, the first "Complaint" screen says "No Longer Here" or whatever. Imagine that. USELESS! Guess I'll have to go pirate radio.
