  3. Flagrant disregard for the Registry

The National Do Not Call Registry has become utterly useless. I was registered in previous years and it worked perfectly. Over the past year, telemarketers completely ignore the Do Not Call list and we are inundated daily with unwanted/unsolicited calls. I've filed numerous complaints with absolutely no improvement. This valuable sercice has completely lost its effectiveness. It has absolutely impact on reducing telemarketing calls.

  4. Many links point to the blog when they shouldn't

http://wireless.fcc.gov/index.htm?job=online_filing automatically forwards to https://www.fcc.gov/blog/modernizing-fcc-s-it as do several other links. Tried from Firefox and Chromium on Ubuntu 14.04.

  9. 47 CFR 52.26(c) states that the NANC LNPA Working Group report is available at http://www.fcc.gov/wcb/cpd/nanc/lnpastuf.html, but it is not.

Documents that are reference in the Commission's regulations as being available at a particular web page should not be moved under any circumstances.

  14. EDOCS Security Error

Attempting to use EDOCS, most attempts result in page (https://apps.fcc.gov/edocs_public/Query.do?mode=advance&rpt=cond) saying "Your request looked malicious and has been blocked." This is broken

  15. transition.fcc.gov not correctly reaching pages.

A whole ton of stuff is currently not available through the FCC website. Mainly anything that goes through transition.fcc.gov. Attempts are reaching 503 errors and then reaching the "government shutdown" message.

We have one PC that is picking up some, but not all services. transition.fcc.gov is consistently resolving to IP address 23.202.227.224. If I go to transition.fcc.gov, I get a page but with a bunch of broken graphics.

If I try to ping transition.fcc.gov from other locations, I am getting random IP addresses every time (round-robin servers?) From one of these remote locations (as well as via Google translator), I…
