Notice a problem or error on FCC.gov?

You've used all your votes and won't be able to post a new idea, but you can still search and comment on existing ideas.

There are two ways to get more votes:

  • When an admin closes an idea you've voted on, you'll get your votes back from that idea.
  • You can remove your votes from an open idea you support.
  • To see ideas you have already voted on, select the "My feedback" filter and select "My open ideas".

Enter your idea and we'll search to see if someone has already suggested it.

If a similar idea already exists, you can support and comment on it.

If it doesn't exist, you can post your idea so others can support it.

  5. data output from new LPFM tool is suspect.

data output from LPFM tool (http://www.fcc.gov/encyclopedia/low-power-fm-lpfm-channel-finder) shows incorrect call letters blocking LPFM points. For example, in the LA market the report includes calls from KMLT [Wyoming], KLIT and KELT [both in Texas]. Has the call letter field gotten jumbled in the database, or are there issues with the underlying data?

  6. Broken link on TV Query Broadcast Station Search page

On the page http://www.fcc.gov/encyclopedia/tv-query-broadcast-station-search , in the section “Stations Within a Radius,” the hyperlink “Reference Coordinates for Communites” points to http://transition.fcc.gov/fcc-bin/audio/atlas2.html , which returns a “Page not found” error.

  13. http://www.fcc.gov/help/antenna-structure-registration-asr-help as referenced in DA 12-731 does not work

http://www.fcc.gov/help/antenna-structure-registration-asr-help as referenced in DA 12-731 does not work. I am trying to view this as an effort to obtain guidance in complying with the Rules.

  15. Enforcement Bureau topics missing

There used to be a link available from the Enforcement Bureau's page to a listing of topics on which the Bureau had taken action. I can't find any kind of topic listing in the new design. The More>> link isn't helpful for topics, since the only relevant topic is the too-general-to-be-helpful "Enforcement" topic.

  16. Wrong URL on link

The link to the news release on the NBCU-Comcast merger in the News Headlines area of the Enforcement Bureau's site, dated 06-27-2012, is incorrect. It points to the Encyclopedia, rather than News_Releases directory.

  20. Pleeeease bring 2nd Broadband Report online!

    The report link on
    http://www.fcc.gov/reports/second-rural-broadband-report

pointing to http://www.fcc.gov/document/bringing-broadband-rural-america-update-report-rural-broadband-strategy has been dead for ages now...

could you please fix it - the report would be direly needed for research purposes...

    thanx, toby
