Cannot comment on ANY dockets. Seems as if you do not want people commenting on Net Neutrality.
You are ruining the internet. Users already pay providers lots of money for speeds comparable to Estonia. The internet is not broken, stop trying to fix it.

I cannot connect to the FCC comments about Proceedings 14 " Protecting the internet"
I can't understand why I can connect to every other part of the FCC website but not the comments about the proceedings for protecting the internet . I wish to be heard and I believe that I have this right. How can I leave my comment when I can't even access the specific page.

WTF is going on with the comment section FCC ? Is this what we can expect wanting to voice opinions about net neutrality.

Make updating operating systems like Microsoft and Apple OS Free of Data usage
One of the biggest problems I have encountered as a computer repair service is most people disable the updating on their operating system. If this happens it leave a lot of computers on the internet open to being hacked. If the sites for these operating systems did not occur any data usage it would make the internet a safer place. A lot of people have low but expensive data plans with low limit data usage, therefore they cut whatever means to lower their data.
Better yet , make data minimum of 30gb mandatory for internet providers.1 vote -
The link for http://www.fcc.gov/comments is not working.
I am unable to access the comments section of your site. I have attempted to use several different browsers to no avail.

Unable to provide public comments on anti-Net Neutrality policies. Is this Time Warner blocking your content because you did not pay them?
I pay my ISP for a given bandwidth, Which is for me to decide how it is used. Netflix does the same, so does every other web site and internet user. Now they are using the money I pay for internet service, and bribing politicians and government officials to make it legal for them to not provide me with the service I paid for.
If I stood outside of a local restaurant and told the owner he needed to pay me Or I was going to slow business down by preventing customers from accessing his establishment I would be in…

Will FCC create a paid, "very fast" comment posting service vs. your current "fast" non-working comments?
How about branding your FCC site paralysis as "fast service"? Then create a second, paying tier where citizens with enough money can receive "very fast comment service"? Pay to play seems to be the FCC way.
It's not as if FCC has a monopoly on regulating communications in the US...

trying to contact the web folks takes you to a non-existent page. trying to discuss ****** new dnc complaint webpage/process
It is now harder and takes more time to file complaint on new site---once you find it!!! Sloppy programming contributes to this: you should be able to have delineated spots for area code, prefix and rest of phone number without having to put in spaces. You aren't even told this is you must do it until an error message shows.

Cannot access CDBS 12/2/2015 10:50pm - 11:29 pm to file FCC Forms 323
My idea is not to have FCC website failures at critical times such as when FCC Form 323 reports are due.
