I can't find stuff, like CORES, ULS, FRN logins on the new site. The new site looks more like FCC hype than a useful tool for licensees.
Please provide a homepage link that clearly heads to the existing tools. No reason to get rid of older pages that worked so well, and that we have become familiar with.

Do we really need to pay someone to update a Facebook and Twitter account using taxpayer dollars?
The FCC does not need a Facebook account. The twitter feed should simply be the information coming straight from the public released documents. Taxpayer dollars should not go towards paying someone to post on these services.

If you don't know the docket number - how do you find it?
The new design has a list of the 10 most popular dockets, but finding others requires a priori knowledge of the docket number - a major problem.
An old approach to this problem for OET dockets still lingers in the chaos of the current site:http://www.fcc.gov/oet/info/docket_comments/
This would be a good model for docket in general that don't make the top 10. Indeed, finding comment due dates in general shouldn't be so difficult.

We are looking at improving how the website handles proceedings, and although there are some technical challenges, a list of upcoming deadlines is high up on the wish list.

Create Forums to get the People Involved
Create a Forums on the site and link articles and ideas to the forums. So not only do we get general comments, but people can also become involved and have a voice in their government and in the FCC. The most important part of the FCC is communication, which this would help accomplish.

NO CELL PHONES ON AIRPLANES
The news media has reported that the FCC is considering allowing airplane passengers to use their cellphones for calling and receiving calls while flying on commercial planes above the United States. As things are now the airlines sell you a seat for air travel that is to narrow and to close to the seat in front of you to allow your knees to touch the seat in fron of you. They charge to check your baggage and to pick the location of the seat you might desire. They take off late and arrive late. If you allow them to allow…

Broadcast tv reception advice needs to be added or more prominient, I couldn't find it.
I followed what I thought might get me to some useful consumer info on BCast TV reception. The coverage maps, antenna advice and help, OTARD rules, prominently displayed.
