  1. Close the tollfree leasing loophole

    The resporg Responsible Organizations are getting around the FCC law of selling tollfree numbers by leasing them. Please bring an end to this by enacting a no leasing law. This was a recommendation by the NY courts. "The Third Circuit suggested in a footnote that the current FCC rules against the brokering or sale of toll free numbers permit a company to avoid a violation by simply leasing the number rather than selling it. The court noted that the FCC’s goals would appear to be served by also prohibiting such leasing, and invited the FCC to address this loophole".

  3. Start a web page specifically dedicated to "Cardholder Services" robo calls/live action re: what is, can, and has been done to eliminate!!!

    It has been over a decade of receiving these call multiple times daily despite being on the do-not-call list since 2007. Is there no end in site? Is it time to change the game plan or just ignore the problem? I want to see arrests, jail time, fines, real assets taken and placed into the hands of consumers who have had to suffer from this group(s). Or will my grand-children and their grand-children have to suffer the persistent calls decade in and decade out. Show me the results!!!

  4. Provide great customer service

    Customers should be given a reasonable time frame in which the FCC can get back to them. Many seniors and others are not computer knowledgable or do not have access to computers. A caller should be given a reasonable time frame in which someone at the FCC will get back to them. Fourteen working days is more than reasonable that someone can return a phone call and provide decent customer service

  6. Clarify social sharing features

    It's great that you're including the FCC's social media channels and social sharing features on this beta site. I would like to suggest either different icons or arrangement for the channels, however. Right now, they are rather dark and shaded when the user doesn't have their mouse hovered over the icons. To me, that makes the social sharing icons below them stand out more.

  8. Navigation bar should go horizontal

    The vertical drop down menus occupy too much screen space, making them horizontal not only saves screen real-estate but keeps the overall new design more clean.

  9. RSS feed on this page is the only one to load into Outlook.

    All the RSS feeds I tried that were available on the the "new" FCC website failed to load into Microsoft Outlook.

  10. Schedule for NPRMs

    Provide a schedule for the completion of the pending NPRMs. I cannot find when to expect the final order for FCC 10-106 (WT-10-119). Would it be possible to either provide a feed or compile a list of e-mail address so that you could notify interested parties when an order is issued?

  12. I came here looking to see what broadcast TV is available in my zipcode 12401...

    I'd like to be able to key in my zipcode and find out what stations broadcast in that area... moving to internet based TV and broadcast TV to unhook from cable and bring the costs down...

  13. Updates to ECFS?

    Will ECFS be updated as well? After clicking "take action," would like a better way to search/organize/submit comments within a proceeding, rather than just being able to submit comments into the ether.

  14. Fix Z-index on YouTube videos. Right now if you scroll down on a video page it overlaps the toolbar.

    Go to a page with a YouTube video like http://beta.fcc.gov/blog/broadband-jobs-and-innovation . If you scroll down the video will overlap the toolbar/header at least on Google Chrome.

  17. Looks Good Needs More Dynamic live applications

    Off to a great start. Site needs more automation and live real-time apps.
    Cut more red tape with online license applications, approved with a click of the mouse! No more download, pdf, word docx's and mail in forms. All real time, more user friendly where the common joe can understand and personal is the right direction.
