How can we improve the new FCC.gov?

Provide great customer service

Customers should be given a reasonable time frame in which the FCC can get back to them. Many seniors and others are not computer knowledgable or do not have access to computers. A caller should be given a reasonable time frame in which someone at the FCC will get back to them. Fourteen working days is more than reasonable that someone can return a phone call and provide decent customer service
