Make FCC live chat available.
Great suggestion. As we enter the next phase of the redesign, revamping the “help” section of the site is at the top of the list.
What kind of support would be most helpful to have live chat available for? Ex: transactional assistance, consumer support, etc.

This feature could be used to help assess what web site visitors are really looking for. Tracking questions to a chat help line could provide useful direction on how to change the site to make specific information easier to find. If the change is successful, the incidence of that question to the chat should decrease.
