Duplicate links at the top and bottom of the page, not necessary, the page is awesome, about time.
Still much and duplicate info and links on the home page. Eliminate links at the bottom which are duplicates of links at the top of the page. News room is fine but show only the three most important and three featured. The look is awesome, very modern and it was about time. Congrats Great Job. Keep it up!!!!!!!!!!!

Duplicate links serve as a an alternative point of entry so it is not all bad. Another alternative would be to take links at the bottom of the page and to turn it into a site map (a feature that seems to be missing). The site map could also have second level links such as to each Bureau and office
