Patrick, have you had a chance to take a look at http://fcc.gov/tools? I believe it should provide links to both the AM and FM query tools. You should also be able to find them by typing "AM Query" or "FM Query" in the search box at the top of any page.
Not like the FCC really cares about broadcasters anymore , but this new site is horrible to try to search for basic am and fm licenses. Just when we thought the FCC had got as bad as it could possibly be, we get a terrible search too on their site. What's next guys? Are we going to sell our frequencies out from under us? Oh wait! That's already on the agenda eh?

I agree, and I shudder to think about what they are going to do to make ECFS prettier while dramatically reducing its usability.
