  3. When is the last time www.ecompanies.com had a maintenance upgrade?

I am Darshelle Jones-Raymond and I tried to apply for Assistant Manager,MAC Online (Job Number 121389) and noticed that the page would fade becoming frozen and white. Is www.ecompanies.com properly synced for year 2013 and beyond or should it be scheduled for a maintenance upgrade?

  4. I am a T-Mobile customet in Texas & I was told by T- Mobile that Texas customers were not elgible for lifeline. I am qualified for lifeline

Make sure T-Mobile is accountable for their in-House rules that elimanates some states from being offered lifeline to their low income customers. Patti W.

  8. CALM Lack of presence on website

CALM complaints and enforcement begins today (Thurs 12/13/12).
A link for complaints should be on the home page, and also more visible on complaint page.

  13. Good start, but...

Not bad for trying to create a functional Section 508 site. However there are a few issues:

High contrast for accessibility fails, links on white backgrounds are actually lower contrast on homepage. High-contrast does not remember settings when moving to a new page.

Degrades visually acceptable, but have no access to content in tabs when javascript is disabled or not available.

Search/Browse News and Documents is Javascript dependent.

Breadcrumb navigation on subpages gets lost when on webpage background. Blue link text on blue background.

Slideshow for homepage has an unsupported link "o" when using text-based browsers. I have no clue…

  14. Fire any FCC employee that has absolutely anything to do with this website

And then hire people that actually know what they're doing.

  17. We need a "do not email" list law similar to the "do not call" list.

Email spam is a huge time waster and in some cases is even worse than having unsolicited phone calls.

  18. email confirmation/submission page to sender

I forgot to print the submission page with the confirmation number.
There is no way of retrieving it electronically.
Sending the sender an email confirmation will solve this issue.

  19. Basic Information

How about simple, legible & readily accessible lists of radio & television broadcast stations? If that information is here, it's buried deep.

  20. regulate the monopolies help offer choices to the rural users

In my area, there is only one cable provider and one phone provider, broadband service is tightly controlled by one provider. Suggest opening the area to more provider so consumers like myself have choices
