Privacy Order Violations/Who pays the debt? Mature responses only.
It doesn't take much to know when your privacy has been violated and by government means but you know ABC tries to recruit the best in the industry and not some fight in a hole somewhere over air time. Most hiring candidates should know they are subject to public scrutiny which helps you be the best you can be.

Spectrum Dashboard should show band information from service rules not just allocations
At present the Spectrum Dashboard appears based solely on the allocation table. In some cases there are no service rules for parts of bands for a given service so the data indicated is misleading. For example, a search on 854-894 MHz indicates that Part 90 and cellular overlap. Business/Industrial Land Transportation Service is shown as being in 854 - 894 MHz for example. In reality, the services rules in Part 22 and Part 90 make it clear that they don't. Part 90 ends at 869 MHz.
This is a general problem since the allocations are often broader than the service…

Emphasize to review all IP Based Relay Technology RFPs that ARE neutral and connected to ALL
Recommend you withdraw the RFPS with NIA as they are NOT neutral and NOT include ASL in their studies as well did not list National Association of the Deaf. Find NEUTRAL company on RFPS on the IP based Relay technology study!

Make sure that we can stop 'fax calls'and their beeping signals from filling our residential answering machines
Modify your DO NOT CALL complaint form to allow us to register complaints about nuisance fax calls to our residential phone numbers. When a fax calls a regular phone line, recipients cannot capture the fax senders info (except for caller ID info), and therefore can not fill out your nuisance fax complaint form in a meaningful way!

Monitor all the cable companies and their increased billing charges that eventually will outprice those on modest incomes.
Stop cable companies from increasing their charges. Each month I never know what my bill will be now since Verizon has begun slowly increasing monthly charges. If it continues I believe it will result in outpricing many of their customers...especially those who live on modest/budgeted incomes. /They will slowly loose many customers who will opt out for alternative ways to keep informed. Someone needs to really check into all the cable companies and their unfair practices, lack of foresight in planning expansion of their companies and sneaking in the costs to the customers who never asked for it in the…

Don't invite comments until time for comments!
The current FCC.gov page invites people to call with comments on the cell phone/airplane use question. When you call, they tell you it's premature to make comments until the comment period opens. Way to suck the energy out of citizens willing to give an opinion (which, by the way, is a Hades NO!)

Start a web page specifically dedicated to "Cardholder Services" robo calls/live action re: what is, can, and has been done to eliminate!!!
It has been over a decade of receiving these call multiple times daily despite being on the do-not-call list since 2007. Is there no end in site? Is it time to change the game plan or just ignore the problem? I want to see arrests, jail time, fines, real assets taken and placed into the hands of consumers who have had to suffer from this group(s). Or will my grand-children and their grand-children have to suffer the persistent calls decade in and decade out. Show me the results!!!
