Too Many Results

An iterative search might be appropriate... IOW (search the search results repeatedly to drill down by key word.) Or develop an interface that allows for extensive search parameters [ OR, AND, NOT in a web interface that allows the user to use your terms (drop down boxes), key words (blank field) and create a query complete with logical operators) (company) [Magicjack.com] AND (keyword) [porting] or [ (keywords) including [undisclosed] OR [hidden] ] (keyword) [fees] ]
A simple search for the EAS Handbook returned way too many entries. Figuring the Handbook is required, I would have expected it to be one of the top returns.
Digging for something wastes much time. Eventually I found it.
