My.FCC.gov - New Widget Requests

We will be rolling out updates to MyFCC on a regular basis, including new widgets that give access to FCC content and data. Tell us what MyFCC widgets will enable you to have an easier, more productive experience on FCC.gov.

How can we improve FCC.gov?

You've used all your votes and won't be able to post a new idea, but you can still search and comment on existing ideas.

There are two ways to get more votes:

  • When an admin closes an idea you've voted on, you'll get your votes back from that idea.
  • You can remove your votes from an open idea you support.
  • To see ideas you have already voted on, select the "My feedback" filter and select "My open ideas".

        • A widget for managing a set of "Equipment Authorization Search" queries.

          The basic idea is to show additions/modifications to the results of pre-setup searches.

          - Monitoring a particular frequency bands/...
          - Monitoring a set of grantee codes

          A nice feature would be to add a "reviewed" button, so each widget user could save the date of their review, and the widget would then only show newer updates to the search.

          • A widget for searching HAC grants for Wireless Handsets by FCC ID number.

            A widget that allows the user to verify if a handset has been granted Hearing Aid Compatibility along with rating. This will allow the general public, distributors and carriers to verify ratings.
