We see schools spending money on technology that has no objective research behind it or is deployed in such a way as to ignore the research - for example, buying electronic blackboards for *all* classrooms even though research shows their benefits only in certain settings. How do we foster school policy to spend our limited funds on technology in a more selective and justifiable way.
