why do you let a billion$ company tell a disabled consumer that needs 911 service and is paying monthly in my bill for it but it does not work that the phone only last for 2 years.so buy another or do without 911. i have heart problems i use heart patches and take prescribed medicine for my heart.i just had 1 lung removed and oter health problems. you can check with the emergency people and you will see that i have had to call 911 several times in the past.yes at&t basicly tolme this over the phone and in one of their stores.Do you regulate wireless products?My opinion 911 should be standard on any communication device especially cell phones because it has become a billion dollar industry now.i know no one that does not have a cell phone.Please help me on this matter or point me in the direction where i can get help.
