The Ookla test significantly underestimates the capacity of high speed circuits.
The MLAB test provides results that are consistent with test results obtained from reliable independent high-speed test sites. The Ookla test runs for only a very brief period of time, and reports results that are a factor of 20 to 30 too low. (I have a high speed line.)
If clients only run the Ookla test, the data collected from those consumers is probably upper-bounded, and will not accurately record the capability of any high-speed circuits that consumers may have.

Is it legal for Google, Linked in and other companies to 'take' email addresses from their clients and then send emails to those people stating that they are their clients- and then solicitate business? Legal? Unethical? or Both. So glad I never got on the Google bandwagon.

You should be able to Follow up or add more information on existing complaints. Also similiar to the search here, one should be able to look for existing or similiar complaints to add their information to. Less work for the in terms of consolidating while revealing who the major trouble makers are!

I cannot seem to find any information about amateur radio licenses, new licenses, or regulatory information. I tried to search using the search bar on the homepage, but, it showed various documents, no results pointing to a generalized amateur radio "portal". Please make it easier to find this information from the homepage.
