CALM Lack of presence on website
CALM complaints and enforcement begins today (Thurs 12/13/12).
A link for complaints should be on the home page, and also more visible on complaint page.1 vote -

Be more consumer friendly
The site is a bit confusing at times to navigate. Where do I go to file a complaint? Where do I go to check on the status of a complaint? What are the current cases FCC is working on and where do I find status reports that get updated regularly? I really am hoping so much that the new FCC becomes a tool to support the consumer and end the helplessness we experience in being subjected to mega companies like Time Warner and Comcast, so please support us on your website and make it work for us!

Solution to unwanted and unsolicited robocalls
Program a code to be entered upon receiving a "robocall" which would generate a reverse charge or fee to the originating phone. The fee or accumulating charges made to the originator, would be forwarded to the receiver, or some other entity.

Good start, but...
Not bad for trying to create a functional Section 508 site. However there are a few issues:
High contrast for accessibility fails, links on white backgrounds are actually lower contrast on homepage. High-contrast does not remember settings when moving to a new page.
Degrades visually acceptable, but have no access to content in tabs when javascript is disabled or not available.
Search/Browse News and Documents is Javascript dependent.
Breadcrumb navigation on subpages gets lost when on webpage background. Blue link text on blue background.
Slideshow for homepage has an unsupported link "o" when using text-based browsers. I have no clue…

Fire any FCC employee that has absolutely anything to do with this website
And then hire people that actually know what they're doing.

We need a "do not email" list law similar to the "do not call" list.
Email spam is a huge time waster and in some cases is even worse than having unsolicited phone calls.

, but we are charged for them. There are far too many paid programming channels.
Give the consumer a choice of the channels they do not have to pay for.

What Happened To The FCC ID Number Search ?
The old link to "Generic Search" is now dead, the new link dosn't provide any usefull results.
We need the ability to search FOR FCC ID numbers by any given criteria, such as Manufacturer name.
Bring back;
