Low power fm licenses
How about start doing the Low Power licenses after this 10 year wait?? some people could use it now.

The FCC is screwed up they are years behind technology the FM broadcast band is an example rules date back to 1946. I can guess you will never get a license. The Band is actually 87.8 to 108mhz but do you think they fill fix rules NO. the NAB controls the band.
