how do you find your local franchise authority
the website directs you to file complaints with the local franchise authority, how do i find out who that is?

Schedule for NPRMs
Provide a schedule for the completion of the pending NPRMs. I cannot find when to expect the final order for FCC 10-106 (WT-10-119). Would it be possible to either provide a feed or compile a list of e-mail address so that you could notify interested parties when an order is issued?

Can all the databases for all the data related to the FRNs be linked??
Consider linking all databases related to one FRN. I have to go back and forth between MyIBFS, ULS, Redlight, etc., when they should be connected.

Finding the most current version of the FCC rules on the FCC website
The FCC rules are not posted on the FCC website or are not findable. I would like to see a link to the FCC rules placed on the main page frame of the FCC website. I would also like the rules to be searchable and to reflect the most current updates.

We are looking at improving how the website handles proceedings, and although there are some technical challenges, a list of upcoming deadlines is high up on the wish list.

Do we really need to pay someone to update a Facebook and Twitter account using taxpayer dollars?
The FCC does not need a Facebook account. The twitter feed should simply be the information coming straight from the public released documents. Taxpayer dollars should not go towards paying someone to post on these services.

11 votesWe’re constantly tuning and re-tuning the search algorithm based on feedback. You should be seeing some improvement already, but look for even bigger improvements in the month to come.

Centralized login area
During this transition, the login area is really fragmented. Let's take the time to fix it, and make FRS very easy to use. Login from the front page, and quick links based on the person's account so far. Perhaps a categorized area with actions a person may take with their account? Really make it easy to use the system.
3 votesWe hope to roll out exactly that in the near future. If you take a look at the my dot preview (http://my.fcc.gov/), once launched, it will provide you with the ability to sign on, see links to common tasks that you select, and even follow specific agency actions such as dockets or proceedings, all from the home page.
A single, site-wide login across all the agency’s systems and portals is a little tricky, both legally and technically, but we’re trying our best to head in that direction.

I can not find the info for 700 and 800 MHz Regional planning committee information on the new site.

RSS feed on this page is the only one to load into Outlook.
All the RSS feeds I tried that were available on the the "new" FCC website failed to load into Microsoft Outlook.

Put GenMen back on front page. It is difficult to navigate to some of the information sections. We were used to seeing specific names for areas of the website. You didn't ask non-employee everyday users to test the new page and give results to your IT staff before the cut over was made.

Navigation bar should go horizontal
The vertical drop down menus occupy too much screen space, making them horizontal not only saves screen real-estate but keeps the overall new design more clean.
